welcome,
I’m heather Healy
I’m so glad you’re here.
Heather specializes in creating gatherings where body, spirit, and soul come together in sacred practices that nourish and restore. She weaves together numerous modalities into a unified, embodied experience—held in the beauty of community. Whether one-on-one or in a group, her gatherings are spaces where movement, stillness, plants, song, and spirit meet in ways that heal and nurture.
Movement has been part of Heather’s life since childhood, beginning with ballet and evolving into a lifelong devotion to embodied practice. When she found yoga, she discovered a pathway to presence—through both movement and stillness. Yoga became a language for the sacredness of breath, of being, and offered a space where she could guide others to gently return to themselves in embodied wholeness.
About a decade ago, the gift of sacred song began to express itself—rising like an underground spring. For several years, she kept this gift close to her heart, until the quiet call to share it grew too strong to ignore. She now offers her voice as a vessel, believing these songs are blessings from the Mother, moving through her. She is the flute, allowing others to hear and feel the Sacred Songs of the Mother.
Heather has always held a deep reverence for the natural world. Trees and bodies of water, in particular, have long called to her—whispering invitations to listen, to remember. Rooted in a quiet connection to her ancestry, she began exploring Celtic Christianity more deeply and found a faith interwoven with nature, honoring the sacred rhythms of the earth and the turning of the wheel of the year. Within this tradition, she discovered a communion of Saints—especially St. Brigid—to guide her path. As her journey unfolded, she was drawn into the healing world of herbs and flowers, not only for their medicinal gifts but for the spirit and presence each plant carries. Her connection to the land has become a profoundly grounding and healing force, and from this place, she feels called to help others return to a living, embodied relationship with the natural world.
Heather Healy is a teacher of restorative, yin and gentle yoga, guiding and exploring embodied practices in community since 2012. She has completed several Yoga Teacher trainings, including specializations in Restorative, Yin and Fascial Health. In 2023, she completed Asia Suler’s Intuitive Plant Medicine program, deepening her relationship with the natural world. She is currently deepening her sound healing practice through several certifications, expanding her ability to offer vibrational healing as part of her work.
When she is not teaching, you’ll find Heather in her garden or exploring and learning with her son Audric and her daughter Lucia, her husband Luke and her fur baby Raphael.
