Sacred Circle
A gathering of spacious community
Thursday May 15 6-7pm
One of the things that I am most passionate about is finding the sacred in the ordinary.
In finding those moments of pause throughout our days to “see” the beauty around us waiting to be found like a secret gift.
Circles are one of those things. In the cyclical cycles of the seasons and the moon, an acorn cup, flower buds, the way that elephants circle together in times of danger, the examples go on and on.
I also know first hand what happens when people gather together in community in a circle.
When those who are gathered do so with welcome and openness, here the energy flows freely from heart to heart.
Moments of pause and stillness like these can also be hard to give to ourselves.
We all have our reasons. Not only is it hard to stop and listen, it can be even harder to stop and listen to what our bodies are needing in the moment. A little stillness, perhaps some movement, a craving for some type of nourishment.
From the stillness and the listening, sometimes there are arisings of wisdom, beauty, sorrow and so many other whispers. It can be so freeing and empowering to give voice to these arisings, held in a space of care. No fixing, no advice, just witnessing and holding.
So I want to invite you to come and join me for just such and experience.
A circle where you are invited to come and be.
The freedom to listen to your body’s need to move or be still. To journal, draw or reflect.
Then the space to share, if you like, to be heard and held.
From this circle of shared belonging and nourishment I believe that it is so important to also extend and share the blessing of care beyond ourselves and be intentional about sharing it.
There are so many organizations within our city who are doing the daily work to care for it’s people.
The proceeds of each of these Sacred Circles will be donated to a local organization as a practical expression of how we widen the circle and extend our care in our city.
This circle all proceeds will be given to

“Heather resonates calm with her beautiful voice, energy, vibrant spirit and teaching style.
During restoration workshops Heather will often share intuitive song which is the most beautiful sound bath. Her voice vibrates within me reducing my stress, releasing emotional blocks and connecting me with something higher than myself. Her intuitive singing medicine is one of my favorite parts of her special practices.
Its an honor to attend Heathers’ classes and I am abundantly grateful to her for helping me reach a deeper place of awareness and insight in my practice. She is a gift to us all.”
